Tasked with creating a “signature event” for our client, with 350 participants to wow, we got to work building ideas which culminated in a quirky event, and one which would fit their dream of an Australian incentive in the Aussie bush.
Our research identified a high percentage of participants were particularly interested in wine. With large numbers, and a bush experience paramount, we designed and showcased a Hunter Valley Wine day, as part of their 5 nights in Sydney. A carnival atmosphere was created with a range of activities including an interactive, meet the growers fresh produce market, Australia farm demonstrations with indigenous animals, working cattle dogs and whip cracking. Wine games, including grape stomping and grape throwing further enhanced a day which was truly unique and which left a tangible emotive impression.
